The biggest climate demonstration of all times

Hey folks,
today I participated in one of the biggest climate demonstrations of all times. According to the organizers of the Climate Action Day up to 100,000 people! filled the streets of Copenhagen and marched to the location of the climate conference. Thousands of them carried banners, costumers and colourful clothes. All were united by the demand for more climate justice. The protesters met representatives from the climate conference in the evening, submitting their requests. From today onwards, no politician can ignore the public pressure for a strong climate agreement in Copenhagen. Lets hope they take our voices serious.

Thanks Jörn,
unfortunately my camera battery said goodbye before we reached the main demonstration. Bad luck....but your pics are really great!

Hi Mika,
it was great, I've never saw so many people demonstrating. What a shame they didn't manage to get a real commitment, what else need to happen?
Nice photos btw, if you would like to have a look at my pics, they are available here:
Take care,
