"Well, my reply might be a bit late. But rather of giving suggestions on how to improve it (this should be left to the younger guys among you) I just wanted to put your attention on the very good environmental governance research work at the VU:…"
Right now, you have an important opportunity to help bring about a sustainable future. Governments have agreed that it’s necessary to make a broad reform of international environmental governance, but nobody knows yet how to do it. What should the new IEG system look like? The world needs your opinions and ideas!…See More
When I was 5 and my aunt told me not to eat the snow in the city park I understood that something is wrong. Since then I'm an environmentalist, trying my best to live in a sustainable way in everyday life, and encouraging others to do the same. Now I'm studying social environmental sciences at university and I spend most of my free time on voluntary work for the environment.
I strongly believe in a sustainable future that we will create together! I'm happy to share this space with you, to exchange experiences and join our forces. When we are many who work together towards the same goal, it's much more fun and more realistic that we will succeed. Come and save the world with me :)

Youth and Environment Europe (YEE): Federation of 57 member organizations in 28 countries. I have been the vice-chair 2006-2008 which has been a great experience. Member organizations come together to carry out joint projects, training courses and campaigns. Website: www.yeenet.eu
UNEP Tunza: Tunza is the strategy of the United Nations Environment Programme for involvement of children and youth in their work. In August 2007 I was elected to represent Europe in the UNEP Tunza Youth Advisory Council 2007-2009.
