OTT_2008_The Bali roadmap_new horizons for global climate policy.pdfHey Miss Malinowksa,
how is life? Still in Wageningen? It has been a bit silent....are you married or even pregnant right now, or why is there no sign of life ;o)
Regarding your question about Bali: I wrote something about it in the blog on Bali on this page...did you read it?
In Poznan it will be important to bring in China, India, and the other economies in transition (as well as developing countries for reducing emissions from deforestation). Although it cannot be expected to set emission reduction targets in Poznan already, it will serve as most important negotiation step before Copenhagen. So I guess that a lot of technical issues (setting baselines, way of accounting, target achievements (contraction and convergence, etc.) will be important. I attached you a useful document about the way to Copenhagen.
Best
Mika
Ahoj Agniezsko polska, jak je v Rybniku? Or you are now staying in another place? In a fortnight we organize with Zdeněk a working weekend in apple orchards :)
